I have recently installed the Blogger application on my Android smartphone, and this will allow me to upload and pictures that I may take, or upload anything that I see useful for my design log!

Modern day technology
As I am very interested in developing society, I decided to create a 'QR code' that would link to my blog, so I searched via Google to create one, and found the following website:
This website allowed me to create a 'QR code' that links to my website, and will allow others to view directly on their mobile phone.
Here is the QR code:

London Design Museum 4
Here is a third product that I found in the museum:
I found this chair particularly creative, not for the ergonomic factor, but simply for its aesthetically pleasing look. I found that this marble chair gave off a very appealing vibe due to the collection of colours in a non specific order.
Throughout this trip, I saw many other products that I found interesting, but I felt that these were the most enticing, due to the fact that I can relate to them more because of the way I feel towards all aspects of design.

Here is another product that I found very interesting:
Here is and all in one office that I found in the exhibition. It gives you a place to sit, a desk to work on, and also little ledges to place things such as drinks on. This product would not appeal to those who are claustrophobic, but nonetheless it is a fantastic design, and would be perfect for those who like to seclude themselves from others, and get work done.

During the trip I found various eye-catching pieces around the exhibition, and below is one example of what I saw:
I found this piece very interesting, simply because of the recycle factor of creating a chandelier out of old pairs of glasses, and not only is it eco-friendly, but it is also quite attractive which is very surprising for a bundle of old glasses.

I have recently taken a trip to the 'London Design Museum' for my Design & Technology A2, and was filled with a lot of information to how designs come about, and where the inspiration comes from.
During this trip, I had a talk from a designer caller, 'Dominic Wilcox', and his ideas and creations were very interesting, as they adapt normal products, to create an imaginative and artistic creation.
The video below shows some of his watch adaptations, that depict various situations:
Out of these creations, I feel that the 'Oblivious iphone user' is the most interesting, simply because it encapsulates modern day society who are trapped by technology, and are blind to what is going on around them.
